1. What is the version of PGP Agent (including managed / standalone)
2. What is your laptop brand/model
3. Do you have the issue on clean Windows OS installation
4. Issue occred for one laptop only as you mentioned. If you have got the same laptop/Wndows OS installation with fully working PGP are you able to match software differences ?
5. Before PGP installation on affected lapop are you able to disable any AV antivirus software
6. Are you able to run chkdsk and defrag command from affected machine before PGP installation and run the installation again.
7. If you install Standalone PGP Desktop try to run installation with additional debug logs so
msiexec /i PGPDesktop.msi /lvx* "c:\logs.txt" and attach the logs to this case.
