  • 1.  PGP managed devices deleted from the universal server

    I searched a device to delete from the universal server, instead of deleting the selected device I selected delete all matching devices.

    All my devices are deleted.

     Can I undo this task or do I need to restore the last backup?

    Please help.

    You're best bet would be to restore from backup.

    Hello,

    Once one you have deleted device you can't undo.

    You can restore for last backup.

    Yes you'll have to restore the backup OR you may just wait for the clients to update policy. As each client update the policy they will appear themselves on the Un server. 

    You cannot have WRDTs untill the device appears on the UN server, so best for you is to restore backup.
