File Share Encryption

I have a customer who uses PGP Universal Server v 2.10 and is trying to import a key generated using Mcafee E-Business server with phone number. When the Mcafee key is being imported it gives a message 'Your upload contains errors. 1 key(s) had no email addresses present' in the PGP universal administration screen

What needs to be changed in the administration settings to enable the upload of this key?

Do you know if there is an email added to that key?

Maybe trying to remove the additional parameters of the key (like phone number) can help.
