pgp can generate two type of key(RSA,DH)
what problem happen if the type is differnet with other?
Should the opponent and key type be same?
It does not matter whether the sender and receiver have the same key type, or whether multiple recipients have the same key type.

you mean is, if I send Rsa public key to opponent who use Dh type, and i got the Dh public key.

This is correct. It does not matter who is using RSA, or who is using DH.
