    Hello, I would like some help with the problem below;

    I have a PGP Universal Server 3.3.2 MP1 server, with version 10.3.0 client desktop environment and updated with the database of users from Active Directory.

    To encrypt the flash drive with user A, where the stick inserted in a session that the user is logged in, do not ask password to open the encrypted flash drive as the

    desktop client understands that the logged in user is the same as what amounted removable disk.

    When done changing the password of this user, inserting the pendrive it asks the user's new password, but does not store the new password in the cache every time and asks

    for user to enter this password when you try to handle the stick.

    Why this scenario occurs only with password change?

    Why he does not identify the user logged in is the same as what amounted removable disk and is all the time that is inserted asking password?

    NOTE - The "Save passphrases for the current session only" within the existing policy already set.
