  • 1.  PGP Secure PDF don't show image on the body !

    Hello to all

I need a solution for this case:

I use in my environment PDF Secure Message Delivery for encrypted mail to external users.

When sending an image in the body of the email, PGP's secure on Mount puts images as PDF attachment and removes them from the provision originates in place so that the picture is only a reference (LINK)

I need to show messages in the body of the email and not as an attachment.

    Hi Danielolima,

Are you using PGP/MIME for the encoding? If not, please try it and let us know the outcome.

Can you post a test "raw message" here, particularly the mail headers?
If required, remove identifiable information, except the ones in these headers below. Also there's no need for the encoded data, please snip it out.

    Accept-Language:
    Content-Language:
    X-MS-Has-Attach:
    X-MS-TNEF-Correlator:
    acceptlanguage:
    MIME-Version:
    Content-Type:
    Content-Transfer-Encoding:

    Thanks and regards,

Sorry if I expressed myself wrong ... still familiarizing myself with the English language.

The service is PDF EMAIL PROTECTION, and it converts the email in encrypted PDF.

In creating this PDF, PGP removes the body images of the email as an attachment and places within the PDF file.

We need the PDF reflects the email including your layout. Images may not become attachment.

    For example an email signature.

    Hi Danielolima,

My apologies, I should have added more information.
What's the version you are using?
Are you using HTML format? (RTF is not a standard and could probably cause this issue.)

Please put the server in debug for the <pgpproxyd> component with <log-raw-lines>true</log-raw-lines>, this should present the entire content of the emails and we can see if something is not as expected.

What email client and version are you using to originally send the messages as well?
