Hi All,

I am facing some issues in the PGP self recovery question policy. Below is the step-by-step explanation of what is happening:

• I configured PGP Desktop policies including Self Recovery Question policy on the Universal server. See the attached sapshot for details.
• I then downloaded the PGP client to install on the user computer.
• In normal scenario, the PGP client asks for Self Recovery Questions during the installation process but in my case no such thing happens.
• I have tested the same policy during the PoC phase and it did work fine but now in production environment it is not working.

In my testing you need to have local recovery checked, key recovery enabled and auto-encrypt turned on.

I think it only works for new users that are enrolling, not existing users with keys on the universal server. could that be why you aren't getting prompted for the 5 recovery questions?
