PGP send multiple copies of same mail

    I have a strange, strange problem with PGP and ironport server.

    Every time my colleague receives a encrypted mail, this mail will multiply himself 10 or times. So the user receives 10 copies of the same mail in a couple of minutes.

    Did you have see a thing like this ?


    Some errors the sender receives

    "The reason for the problem:
    5.x.1 - Maximum number of delivery attempts exceeded. [Default] 'Connection Lost'"

    or

    The reason for the problem:
    4.4.2 - Bad connection 'Connection Lost'
    Diagnostic-Code: smtp; 4.4.2 - Bad connection 'Connection Lost' (delivery attempts: 7)
