    PGP stopped working ever since the Email servers were changed from 2007 to 2010 but for other users it works fine.

    Can you confirm the issue, could do with a bit more information.

    PGP Desktop no longer works since you upgraded from exchange 2007 to exchange 2010?  Or Outlook 2007 to Outlook 2010? Both?  "Other Users" are non PGP-Desktop users?

    Please describe what actually does or does not happen as a result of using PGP with the new servers.

    What PGP version is being used?

    Does this Knowledge Base Article apply?

    If you are not using PGP Universal, and if you let PGP Desktop automatically configure your PGP messaging service, this might be resolveable by deleting your current PGP messaging service, and letting PGP recreate it.
