After PGP Upgrade to 10.1.2 SP3 and rebooted, I am getting the below error message stating "PGP Tray has encountered as problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience." I did perform the reenrollment but still same error. Please suggest on next steps?????????
A re-install may help.
10.2 is available too, could be worth upgrading while you're in the process of reinstalling. Might save you having to uninstall too, just install over the top.
Make sure you delete \Application Data\PGP Corporation folder for all users in c:\Documents and Settings\ as well as \Application Data\Roaming\PGP Corporation
then attemp enrollment again
