PGP Universal: Backup via FTP/SCP Fails

Hi. I'm having difficulty in configuring remote location for my PGP Universal server backups. Please see the attached screenshot. Thanks in advance!

It sais scp: \PGP\/: not a directory. - did you input \PGP or \PGP\ or \PGP\/ when doing the SCP configuration as a subfolder?

Actually, the folder is named PGP only. the full path is D:\PGP where the temp user has full permissions over it. Which of the following should I enter:

There's not a lot of information there. Can you enable debugging, then reattempt backup and repaste the log?

Hi. I've just figured out what was wrong with Technical Support. The directory I'm using is incorrect. I had to simply enter \ where it will choose the home directory of the user I'm specifying.
