PGP Universal Queries

May I know the answers for the following queries.
1. Unable to read encrypted message through OWA (Outlook Web Access) using a client PC with PGP desktop installed.
2. Unable to encrypt messages sent using OWA (Outlook Web Access) with PGP desktop.
3. Is it possible for Internal user without PGP desktop to read messages using web messenger? If web messenger is not possible what are other ways to read the message.

If you want encrypt or decrypt emails, you will need PGP Desktop + Outlook , or configure Universal Server mail policy to encrypt/decrypt messages for you.
3. Yes, its possible. Web messenger requires web browser only, and https access to Universal server.
