PGP Universal Server - LDAP Test Failed

Created: 16 Nov 2011 | 3 comments

Hi,

I added an service account to AD and configured it to do an LDAP and everything was going well. Three days ago I couldn't test te connection, gave me an error message

" LDAP Test Failed - The host did not accept your authentication credentials"

I checked the account and it's fine:-

- Account is NOT locked

- Account is not Expired.

When user tries to launch PGP Desktop, they get - font-family:"Calibri","sans-serif";mso-fareast-font-family:Calibri;mso-fareast-theme-font:
minor-latin;mso-bidi-font-family:"Times New Roman";color:#1F497D;mso-ansi-language:
EN-GB;mso-fareast-language:EN-CA;mso-bidi-language:AR-SA">“PGP Desktop is unable to contact your organisation’s PGP server”

Please help

Thanks
