    Hello,

    I have a problem, propobly a bug with Netshare option "Force the encryption of files associated with the following applications:"

    This is what my policy settings look like:

    (selected)Force the encryption of files associated with the following applications:

    (selected)Others: notepad.exe;notepad++.exe

    Policy is correctly applied to PGP Desktop client. However when I save files in notepad, or notepad++, files are not encrypted. If I delete one of those two application processes and leave just one - say notepad++.exe, everything works fine and files saved in Notepad++ are saved in encrypted form.

    Davor,

    This works for me.

    Just check (like Julian mentioned) the PGPprefs.xml in your Users AppData folder for the string:

    <string>notepad.exe;notepad++.exe</string>

    to make sure policy is applied.

    But there is someting else you should concider:

    When putting notepad++.exe in the white list, it does encrypt all files that it writes, including his own configuration files in your users appdata folder.

    Cheers,

    Martin
