  • 1.  pgp universal server update

    I have problem with my pgp universal server (Server ver: 2.10.0 (Build 500)), it isn't stabile at Citrix Xen (suspend vm). So I thought new version pgp us maybe will be working better. But I can't update in web interfase (System->Updates->Check for updates). I recived message "There are currently no updates available." Logs in web interface are clear, no errors. I cant' find any updates, higher version of pgp us to download. I check symtantec website but I couldn't find any answer how to get updates:/ Could anobody help me?
     
    PS: sory for my english, I don't have much possibility to use it

    Citrix Xen is not a supported platform for PGP Universal Server 2.x, 3.0.x or 3.1.x. I have heard of some customers running in such an environment but do not know if they have seen the instability you report. It is worth noting that the 2.x series was based on fedora core and 3.x is CentOS based. See if you can find instructions on how to make those platforms happy in a Citrix Xen environment. I expect that following such instructions will help significantly with the instability.
