    Hi guys,

After upgrade the Universal is done. For the PGP desktop, it can be done on Push method. Client machine will receive a notification to upgrade the PGP Desktop. Can it be done without client interaction?

    Thanks

    Hi azrulikhwan,

You cannot do it without user interaction via PGP/SEMS server policies, but you can test with other deployment methods (scripts, GPO).

Not sure if it will work for client upgrades, but you can test the silent enrollment (it requires SKM).
HOWTO: Configure Invisible Silent Enrollment for Symantec Encryption Desktop Clients - HOWTO77014
HOW TO: Enable Invisible Silent Enrollment for Symantec Encryption Desktop Clients - HOWTO59479

Anyway, to install/upgrade the client we need administrative privileges. Are all of the users local administrators?
