PGP Universal Web Messenger Password Resets
I am having issues with external users changing their passphrase on PGP Universal Web Messenger V3.1.2.
When the external user selects the option to reset their passphrase, they get the email.
Where the run into problems, is if they do not follow the Strong Passphrase requirements. If they do not key it in correctly the first time, they will receive a notice telling them what to correct. If they try a second time, and it does not meet the requirements, they receive the following error:
"The Message Could Not Be Sent
An Error Has Occured
Unable to recover password"
At this time, they have to go back to the main login page and request to reset a lost passphrase again.
Is there any way to prevent this from failing after the first attempt at a reset?
