PGP upgrade

Dears,

we have upgraded our pgp universal server to 10.2, but the client didn't get any notification that there is an upgrade available, however i have checked the box of notify users of available upgrades.

as per the document it says that:" Note: If you are using PGP Desktop in a PGP Universal Server-managed environment, this option may be required. PGP Desktop then searches for updates on its associated PGP Universal Server."

however nothing happened, the client didnt get the updates from the unviersal sever

1. Uncheck the 'Notify prompt',

2. Update policy on client

3. Check the 'Notify prompt',

4. Update policy on client

This works for me.Now you should get the upgrade prompt.

I cant click on update policy it is grayed

What version of PGP Universal Server and build number did you upgrade to?
