If a user forgets their AD password after they have locked their screen and they get it reset by the helpdesk they can log back in to Windows OK but on Windows 7 it does not change the PGP password. This is with SSO users
It does do this on XP.
So if you reboot on XP you can use your new windows password at pre boot but you cannot with Windows 7, you have to enter your old password which you will not know. This is with 10.1 Client version.
We need this to work as we wish to use a Password self reset tool. I know you can get them to log off and log back on but user education is not easy for password resets and if they do not follow instructions they will have to call the help desk.
