  • 1.  PGP WDE 8080 Error; Recovery Disk Not Working

    Windows 7 Machine; PGPO WDE 10.2 version (not sure if an update was applied)

     

    Boot logging failure, internal error accessing disk 00000080. i downloaded all four recobvery iso images 10.2/Mp1/Mp2/Mp3, none will allow my laptop to boot

     

    Any thoughts?

    If you are able to use the CD for decryption, it sounds like a good idea.  I'm not sure if you are including this in not being able to boot.

    Did you set boot priority for cdrom? Did the recovery disk even booted?

    did you correctly burn the iso image? or just copied iso file inside cd?
