PGP WDE and Universal Server

Dears,
A security requirement is to implement a PGP encryption for all notebooks, We ask if a PGP WDE with universal server license is required or universal server license is not necessary to setup pgp to such many devices ..

How many are you looking at here?
The "WDE+Universal Server" license is required if you want to use the Universal server for centralised management and administration (lots of machines).
However, if you only have a handful of machines requiring disk encryption, and are happy to perform administration individually, the WDE only licenses are all you need.
