My platform:   WIN7 64bit  SSD harddisk PGP version is 10.2.0

when I installed the PGP and run whole disk encrypt , the process hang at 100% and only can resume

I try to use command line "pgpwde --resume --disk 0 -p PASSWORD" the process go on but still stop after about 20 seconds. then display 100.1% encrypt in the PGP.  how can I fix this issue? thanks!

Because it's an SSD can you decrypt and re-encrypt?  It shouldnt take too long.

problem fixed .

1) I uninstalled endpoint

2)  re-encrypt only C drive , encrypt successfully.

So, I think perhaps it's incompatible between SSD harddisk and PGP software.

When you said:

"1) I uninstalled endpoint"

Were you talking about PGP Endpoint? That product is now EOL and we no longer provide updates for it. it also has known compatability issues with PGP Whole Disk Encryption.

Shouldn't be, AFAIK there are no incompatibilities with SSDs.  What is the model?
