File Share Encryption

Windows 7 64bit SP1 Pro: I encryted the disk yesterday.  there are 3 users.  I set all 3 up to use Windows password.  I logged on fine.  I logged off and logged on as one of the other users and got the following: The feature you are trying to use is on a nework that is unavailable.  Click OK to try again or enter an alternate path to a folder containing the istallation package 'PGPDecktop.msi in the box below.  The box below= c:\users\assist~\appData\local\temp\PGP2491c\.  This computer is on a LAN and Homegroup.  What needs to be done to resolve this situation?

After I cancelled I got: Error 1706.  No valid source could be found for product PGP Desktop.  Windows Installer cannot continue.  Any help for this as well?

It may be helpful to others if you state your resolution and then use the Mark As Solution option on that post.
