File Share Encryption

I have PGP WDE installed on a Dell Latitude laptop. When visiting my daughter, while trying to log onto the Internet, I am asked for ID codes regarding her Comcast router which are not available. My daughter and wife can log directly onto the internet via the same router using Mac's. Is this block something attributable to PGP and, if so, how do I disable the feature?

Having your disk encrypted shouldn't make any difference.  Whatever you have to enter is probably cached on their machines.
