    please help,

i recently purchased a new Toshiba laptop with windows 7, 64 bit processor on it.  my old Dell 32 bit Vista laptop crashed.  i have successfully downloaded and believe that i have installed the PGP WDE 10.2 for 64-bit properly.  however, i am not being prompted to type a pass-phrase in when restarting my computer.  i have tried to go in and encrypt the disk, and i get prompted to upgrade my license.  any ideas?

    Hi,
What is your license for PGP? That is, which products have you bought for PGP Desktop?
In unlicensed mode almost all functions are not available.

You will not have the PGP bootloader prompting you for a passphrase until you encrypt the disk.  To see what PGP components you currently have licensed for you, please go to About PGP Desktop (from PGPtray) and click on the License button.
