PGP Webmessenger logging users off

    Hi,

    I have a problem were intermittently PGP secure inboxes are logging users off.

    On attempting to open an email in the secure inbox, users are sometimes returned to the logon screen.

    I can recreate the issue on different:

    • Domains
    • User accounts and mailboxes
    • Operating systems
    • Web browsers

    A Symantec engineer is also experiencing this issue.

    I've been advised to upgrade the server (completed: now at 3.3.2mp9), and now I have been advised to recreate the Tomcat OMC directory (http://www.symantec.com/docs/TECH149248) and change the auto logout to 15mins (or any desired value)

    Has anybody experienced this issue before?
