    Yes my question is this...
    I downloaded a update so now what? I do not get the pre-window load request to enter a password. I am to now run some .exe file to make it work?  I am using Windows 7, I cannot get a pre-boot authentication to enter a password. Can anyone help?

    Apparently, you already had PGP installed?  What version is/was it?  Had you already encrypted your disk?  Was it working properly?  What update did you download?  Apparently, you have done nothing with the download?  What Windows version are you using?
