I have been attempting to install PGP Whole Disk Encryption on an ASUS Windows 7 Pro laptop.  

When attempting to boot, it jumps right through the PGP screen and stalls on a black screen with the message 'initializing loader'.  

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

PS the support email system does not recognise PGP as a product

the telephone support is so faint it is unusable and you get cut off after being pust around many agents ( sorry but you do ! )
