Hello,

Is there a way to remove PGP Whole Disk Encryption if a user does not remember there password to Windows 7? There is no other way to logon as someone else.

As long as you have the PGP WDE passphrase, you can either use the WDE Recovery CD, or attach the disk to another machine with PGP installed.  If you are in a PGP Universal managed setting, you may have the option of using a WDRT.  This Knowledge Base Article describes another possible option.

I saw this, but wasn't sure if it was what I needed. I will try it, thank you.
