I have tried manual authorization through customer service and this did not work either.
It may be helpful if you provide more information, particularly the PGP version number, regarding the need for this and what is happening, any error messages, etc.

I read the article and tried that solution
PGP was previously authorized and working.
It is PGP Desktop 10.0.2
IT says the license is not valid.
I have tried all the manual authorization keys in howto32066
I used Authorized User and Authorized Company
What happens when you try the usual licensing process?
10.0.2 is relatively old - maybe the licensing period has expired?
