Endpoint Encryption

Hi, I am unable to see PGP Zip as an option in my PGP Desktop software while running Windows 7. I have uninstalled (decrypted), and reinstalled with no luck as to having PGP available. It doesn't show up when I right-click a file either so I'm a bit perplexed, as our Enterprise License agreement does obviously include a license specifically with PGP Zip mentioned.

Can anyone help? PGP Desktop Version: 10.2.1 (We don't currently have an option to upgrade the client because the Server is still on a certain version). Thanks!

You mention you have a server, so it is very likely that this option is disabled in the Consumer Policy.
Log into the Symantec Encryption Management Server, then select Consumers > Consumer Policy > select the Consumer Policy you have applied > click on Desktop > Zip & Shredder.

Thanks for the advice. Looks like my admin username was placed in the correct consumer policy but not my regular username. When my collegue could use it but I couldn't I thought there was a different issue, but that pointed me in the right direction.

The Zip is included and enabled on that particular policy and now I'm included in it as I thought originally.
