PGPDesktop10.1.1_Windows.zip - Windows 7 after install keeps shutting down

I installed PGPDesktop10.1.1_Windows.zip on a brand new Windows 7 machine.
After the installation it rebooted and after Cntl+Alt+Del - it goes to shutdown mode.
It keeps doing this over and over again.
I tried to install it 3 times. I keep having to reinstall Windows 7 hoping it might work but nothing.
Please help.

Hi,
Are you able to start the computer in safe mode?
Did you just install PGP or did you also encrypted?
Do you get a BSOD or it just re-starts?
When you install PGP, are there any other software installed, like security sofware, antivirus,etc?
The Win 7 is 32 or 64 bit?, which PC brand are you working on?
