Phishing E-Mails

I have 1 e-mail user who is getting quite a few phishing e-mails. The problem I am having is that they are all from different senders, they have different subjects, there seems to be no pattern to base a rule or filter on for him. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to stop or reduce these e-mails for a user?

Hello,
You can check it for connection ip's, if they're same,you can use Reputation/Bad Senders/Local Bad Sender Ip's.
If they're not same, please submit the emails for signature generation. You can use Customer Specific Submissions,if you're using version 10.x, or follow the document below;
