Endpoint Protection

We have recently decided to make quaratine server for our Symantec Endpoint 11.0.5, we installed quarantine server in a machine. I have put that server IP in Web Communication gateway. In port I give 10101 but it not working.

Installing and configuring the Central Quarantine

I have assigned 10101 as port number for listening port. But it can't listens the client..I have already configure the antivirus and antispyware policy in Symantec Endpoint Manager..But it is idle.

In command promt if you give netstat -a command whether it is listening on that port.?

I have checked through netstat -a ..but that port is not showing..

Which are the listening ports?
Any other application is present in this server?

I have just install qurantine server on that machine using 2003 SBS Server...and Symantec Client is installed..no other application is installed..Symantec Client is listening 8014..

I have already watch through netstat -a ..from that I see that port is not listenning..But 8014 is working..and Live Update taking place from Symantec Endpoint Manager

Which is the process  listening on this port?
