I've recently started my first workflow project. All business requirements are defined, but we're having a little trouble translating these to technical requirements. We have no experience at all with any workflow system, so this is all pretty new to us.

Can anyone point me to a good resource on this subject, or share your own experience?

    Thanks!

All the information on the swat is about building the workflow, not preparing for building it. We have to outline technical requirements and make a timeline for development based on that, I can not find any guidelines on that anywhere.

I guess it's going to be improvising most of the time, we'll be learning alot from this project...

    Go here: http://www.xcendgroup.com/resources/on-demand-events/

Video 1 is on "Planning & Design" and is the only resource I've seen anywhere that comes close to what you are seeking.
