The development team for the collectors has two missions each quarter:

- improve the quality of the collectors already in the field to support new releases from point products, upgrade the mappings for the SSIM console, and ensure they are using the latest technology available in the framework.

- release NEW collectors supporting point products being requested by customers.

 

To this end, we have a roadmap laid out, always subject to change, for the current quarter and one quarter ahead at any given time. Out of the ones to release this quarter, over half are new development efforts.

 

It's a delicate balancing act! The point products you have mentioned are ones that have been requested, I am not sure where they fall on the roadmap.  If they are a concern, you should mention them to your sales or support engineer, and ask that a request for prioritization be submitted to the Ecosystem Focus Team on your behalf.  No guarantees that will move it up, but if the team does not know of the interest, the prioritization will not be as high.
