Please Help, SEP Sm Biz 12 , Add PW for uninstall???

I know in previous versions & I did come from a much larger enterprise environment, I know we were able to enable or have a password in place, so that users on a box or server, couldn't uninstall SEP without the password. Is this feature missing in SEP sm biz 12? If not, where can I go to enable it?

However you could stop them from disabling the services if you may want to do that.

Correct. You would not find this Feature in the Symantec Endpoint Protection SBE 12.1.
You may need to have Symantec Endpoint Protection 12.1 (Enterprise Edition) to have this feature.
Lot of features are missing.
