PMImport - Has this been released for October 2012

This issue has been solved. See solution.
Usually it is updated by now. Is there any way to tell if it has been updated for the monthly Microsoft patches? The XML has updated in my Shavlik system, but not in the SMC yet. They're usually released at about the same time.

I already see PM Import 7.1.360 posted to solutionsam.
as of when? I re-ran our import at about 8:50AM (completed at about 9:28AM). Nothing new came in.
