    Hello,

     

    I want to know if it is possible to do the following rule with Symantec Messaging Gateway, and how:

    if it not possible to clean the virus, then delete the message.

    The default action for a virus is to clean. If it is not possible to clean the virus, it will be deleted. This is the case with most viruses.
