Hi

on how many clients you are getting this error?

if on one machine..
go to add/ remove programs.
click symatnec endpoint
click change
click modify
uncheck outlook, run the installation, check if issue persists

Hi, I have more of 20 PCs

Hi, I have more of 20 PCs with this problem. The rest (300) already has the new policy. There is some automatic form like fixing this?

Remove that feature locally

Remove that feature locally from SEP client. If you disable OutLook Scanner and don't lock the Policy it will show Fix button on the client so make sure in the AV policy all the locks are closed.
