    After making edits to a couple of polices and viewing the response file for an 11.x DLP installation, I can no longer access those items.  The messages I get when attempting to do so indicates someone else is writing to those objects.  I have confirmed there is no one else accessing them.  This condition may have happened after timing out of a previous session.  I rebooted the enforcer server to no avail.  I think the database is locked, but I am not sure how to resolve this.  Any ideas?

    News flash...restarting the Vontu Manager service on the server will clear this condition.  Also, we found out if two admins are accessing the policy simulatenously the condition is created.  Hope this helps!!!

    You need to reboot the oracle DB since your policy modification/access impacts on DB due to interrelated schema of oracle and enforec. Please check after this.
