Hello. I recently made a change to our user consumer policy so as to not allow the users to decrypt their hard disks. After doing so, I had a few users that upon reboot, were taken to the login screen that asks for ID, password, & domain. Originally we had just the screen asking for the PGP password/passphrase.

I know this option is in a different section of the PGP policy, but I did not change it. Does anyone have any idea why changing the decrypt policy impacted the login policy?

Issues are resolved. Symantec support detect duplicate policy entries in the PGP schema and so they had to remove the duplicate entries. This was done through Putty and not the GUI interface so Symantec support is needed for this.
