Endpoint Protection

Hello Guys,

Seems to be having an weird issue in our environment. A particular group has two live update policies ,please refer the screen shot below .

But when searched for these two policies in the liveupdate polices tab it does not appear ,i have sorted it out by policy name , gone through one by one but couldn't find these two polices which are seen in the above screen shot.These two polices are not shared.

Could you please let me know if this will have any impact and also why these two polices are not listed in the policies tab.

You have two locations so you have a policy for each location.

What version of SEPM and was an upgrade recently performed?

Its SEPM version RU6 and yes we had an upgrade recently.

Try copying the policy in the screen above and pasting it under LiveUpdate on the Policies page.

Thanks brian ,yes that works .

But just curious why the policy was not showing in the first place ......

Could've been caused by the upgrade. May just need to maually fix for now
