Buen dia, podrian apoyarme cual es la politica ( en la consola) que esta activada la cual no me permite apagar el servicio de SEP ( siendo que soy administrador).

You can use an application and device control policy to block SEP services from being stopped. It should already be part of the default policy.

You can uncheck the box to disable the policy

Rather, I can not turn off the SEP service, I guess it's a SEP policy. But what is not.
It's likely tamper protection. You can disable that.
