Poor network performance with12.1.2100.2093 on Windows XP

Created: 07 May 2013 | 11 comments

Hello,

I started to upgrade to version 12.1.2100.2093 all the computer of my company to solve the issue with Huawei 3G usb stick. Issue with this kind of stick is solved but now I meet another issue. All computer running on Windows 7 works well but all the computers running on Windows XP meet network performance issues. Indeed I have very irregular pings when I ping it and the users complain about the slow behavior of their computers.

Does anyone already had this issue?

This issue is running all on Win-xP Systems?

Have you restart the system after upgrade?

Thanks.

If you're having a different issue than what is described I would suggest a support call as it may be something new.

I'd already read this article but I hoped a new workaround. Now I am obliged to disable the Threat Protection while waiting for a patch.

Thank you.

This sounds like a new bug in which case you need to call support and get a ticket opened. They may not be aware of this yet.
