Endpoint Protection

Question: Although I have my enpoint protection on, I feel as though I may have a virus, because I've selected the highest level to block pop-ups on explorer, but I continue to get pop-ups for almost every page I open. Any suggestions?

Can you post a screenshot of the pop-up message you have been getting on your system to understand the issue correctly. There are various types of pop-ups either related to spyware, adware or at times related to the SEP itself like Auto-protect or tamper protect alerts.

So we need to see what exactly the pop-ups on your system are.

What sort of pop up is it? IS it a SEP notification pop up or and IE popup. Please attach a screenshot.

I agreed with them please attach the screenshot, so we could identified what kind of popups you are encountered, It might not related to a virus issue? what IE you are using?
