  • 1.  Pop Up Windows - CSCRIPT?

The system I am testing our policy on seems to always pop up 3 dos windows every 5 minutes or so.  It is trying to run a cscript.  This started happening after assigning that test OU with a NAC policy.

Is this normal?  Does this happen all the time?  How do we hide these pop ups?

    Cause:
This is caused by the "Show a new process window" being checked on a custom script or program that is run using the Host Integrity policy. By default, some of the Symantec supplied template policies have this box checked.

    Solution:
UNCHECK the box "Show a new process window" under the "Utility: Run a script" or "Utility: Run a program" details.
