Portal Login Speed in Servicedesk 7.5

Created: 09 Apr 2013 • Updated: 26 Aug 2013 | 3 comments

Is there a guide of things to do in servicedsk 7.5 to improve portal speed esspecially in login.  I see one for 7.1 Service Desk, but the lmc file is not there. The stopping the caching of the ProcessManagerSessions did seem to help.

The way this works is not different between 7.1 and 7.5. Even if the lmc tool is not there, the same steps for disabling it should apply to 7.5 just fine.

That the one.  And after a reboot of server the portal login speed is much better and less hangups, but many of the windows still have a nasty wait on them like advance incident submit.

That is a great article!  Thanks for the link!

One other thing to mention is that, IIS could be the culprit.  Did you seperate your IIS AppPools and set them to recycle on a set time rather than the default 1720 minutes?
