  • 1.  Possible bug in update process 3.3.2 MP12

    Hi,

    when trying to update from 3.3.2 MP5 or MP9 to MP12 directly (via migration or PUB) the update process somehow serious failed: “SDK Service Unreachable” or no GUI at all / some apache tomcat error message.

    But when doing the step MP9 > MP10 > MP12 it works.

    So I wonder if there is some bug when updating directly?

     


    btw: don't know how/where to report (possible) bugs...?

    hi,

    I haven't seen such issues with the upgrade. The best to report it is to open a formal case with Symantec so Technical Support can work on it (https://my.symantec.com/webapp/faces/login)
