This is a sysprep based image...it doesn't even attempt to start Windows.

Was the image created specifically for this server? The reason I ask, if it was created on another system with a different mass storage device. If that is the case, Windows will not see the hard drive to be able to boot.

Make sure your image has the Mass storage drivers for your server. If your shop uses HP servers then I would recommend HP RDP (DS with HP support).
